Curt White (born 1962) was an Olympic weightlifter for the United States in the 1988 Summer Olympics. He is a Chiropractor in Mooresville, North Carolina.
Dr. White has been a Chiropractor for over 20 years. He dedicates most of his time to helping patients through chiropractic treatments. He is the founder of "The Back and Neck Pain Center" in Danville, Illinois. In 2001, White decided to move him and his family to North Carolina where he established White Chiropractic to help other with their back and neck needs.
Dr. White was a member of the 1988 Olympic Weightlifting team and participated in Olympic Weightlifting for over 20 years. Throughout his time as an Olympic Weighlifter, he held and still holds several National Records. White was inducted into The US Olympic Weightlifting Hall of Fame in 1998.
While White was living in Colorado Springs at the US Olympic Training Center, he injured his back preventing him from competing and causing severe pain. White went through 9 months of failed medical treatments and did not train. It was not until he received treatment from a Chiropractor did he start to feel better and was able to compete in the 1988 Summer Olympic Games. By personally seeing the impact a chiropractor had on White's body, it inspired him to want to help others like he was.
