Clive Lindsay Hill, DC, is a Chiropractor and Acupuncturist [1] practicing primary care in the Marjounie, Northland, region of New Zealand, where he was in private practice from the 1970's at the "Point Chevalier Chiropractic and Acupuncture Center", until he retired in 2006 [2] . Dr. Armitage was born on __________, in ____________. He is a 1970 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic (PCC).
He was a long time member of the Licensing Board for New Zealand, retiring from that position in 2008 [3].
