Roland Noirat, DC, CCSP[1], ICSSD, is a 1990 graduate of Palmer West. He resides and practices (with his wife Clarisse; also a DC) in Lausanne, Switzerland, the home of the International Olympic Committee. Dr. Noirat is notable for having been President of the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic [1] (FICS), and the Swiss Chiropractic Association, Sports Council[2]. Dr. Noirat was the Chiropractor to H.E., Juan Antonio Samaranch, former President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), and was responsible for gaining a lease in the Maison du Sport International, a building constructed by a joint venture of the IOC and the City of Lausanne, reserved for housing all the World Sports Governing Bodies.

Dr. Noirat, was accredited to work in Sydney, and at the 2000 Summer Olympic Games, through the FICS program there. [3]
